Description
FOR SALE:2021 Grand Design Momentum 376THS, FBP (Burnt Orange) (UNIT CERAMIC COATED)This unit was special ordered for us to travel around the United States, as we lived full-time in it for about 3 years. The unit has independent suspension and disk brakes and has been meticulously taken care of over the years, as I am a mobile RV Technician by trade. In 2022, there was 2650 watts of solar, 6 battle born batteries, and 2 Victron 3000-Watt inverters installed on this unit by myself and the students at the National RV Training Academy. There is currently over $20k in solar and batteries on this unit. There was also a PepWave system installed on this unit with the option to use 2 (two) SIM cards for ready internet wherever you are located (roof mounted antenna). The unit has 3 A/Cs that were just cleaned along with the solar panels in June of 2024, and have been cleaned and maintained twice a year since it was purchased. The water heater has been flushed and maintained as well as the Air Conditioners, which all have soft starts installed on them as well. I just took the cover off the furnace and blew it out, as sometimes they can get dust in them. I plan on installing 2 new pull-out couches in the front living area as ours have been used and need replacing, unless someone wants to do something different in that space. Where the dinette was located, there is nothing there. I took out the table as my wife works from home and worked in that space the 3 years we traveled. Something can be worked out on the price if someone wanted to leave the living area free of couches and the dinette slide open as well. When you have these units, sometimes it is easier to make it your own when nothing is there, especially if you dont want the couches or table. I added rollers on the back end of the unit as well to prevent any dragging or damage to the unit. If you have any questions about the unit or need any information, please let me know. It is ready to go to its next home, unless someone wants me to go ahead and purchase the couches and table then it would be a little bit. If not, I can deduct that from the price. The only reason we are selling is we just finished building our new home in Tennessee. We want something smaller now so Smoky can go on to his next home. We have had NO ISSUES at all with this RV. Its been an excellent camper. Asking: $95,000.00 OBO P.S. I am a retired law enforcement officer, NO FUNNY DEALS!
