We got the pop up for frequent travel to PA for my son’s hockey, but now he plays locally, so we don’t need it anymore. 
No leaks, everything works, brand new battery, new mattresses and one is still in the box. The other is in the trailer but was only slept on twice. It comes with generator that will run the AC, and it comes with all the needed items. Power cables, surge protector, leveling blocks, grill that connects to the propane on the trailer, tire blocks, spare tire, dog bone, and water pressure valve. 
Generator was a refurbished model that I only have used for about 6 hours. 
The 2017 Rockwood Freedom 2318G is a single slide out folding pop-up camper by Forest River RV.
