We LOVE this camper and it’s perfect for a couple, small family, or anyone with pets. (We need to go with something smaller dure to health issues, otherwise we would not be selling!) It has been well cared for and in excellent condition! The floorplan includes the desk in the back, perfect for working on the road or we use it as a coffee bar. It sleeps up to 6. It’s also ideal for anyone that likes to cook because of the counter space. There is 4X the amount of counter space compared to most other RVs/travel trailers. The chef sink is located on the island to maximize prep and cooking areas. The bedroom has three closets! The shower is one of the taller ones available for maximum room and comfort. The outdoor fridge/cooktop is perfect for entertaining. There is a separate outdoor water connection as well, making it ideal for a quick rinse off from the lake/beach/trail without having to go inside. There’s lots of storage space inside and outside. In July 2022, we had a new roof cover professionally installed. Since then it has been sheltered under our pole barn. We can pull this with a 1500 Chevy Silverado, so a ½ ton truck can work; just be sure to check the recommendations on your specific truck. Heavy duty anti sway bars and load levelers included. There are 2 slide outs which really open up the space and make it very roomy. We love the fact that the slide outs have awnings, so they stay clean. The fireplace heating is fantastic if you don’t want to run the gas furnace on chilly days. No leaks, no water damage, title in hand. Non-smokers. No pets.
