There is some wear on the fabric - we put Seat Covers up front, and replaced two of the three dining room seats - otherwise some minor wear and tear but overall in great shape! New TVDVD player in the back! I will provide a good 2-3 hours of training when you pick it up to help you feel comfortable with the RV and confident driving, although it's one of the easiest RV's to drive!
