2016 Livin' Lite Model F30FBA. It's 8.5x30 with front queen bedroom. It has an Onan 5500 generator (359 hours) which runs off the on board gas refueling station which includes a gas station style pump hose and nozzel. It has a 50 amp service plug with 25' of cable. Can switch back and forth between generator or shore power if needed. It has two A/C units, one in the main cabin and one in the forward bedroom. It has a full wrap around factory patio enclosure on the tail gate. The patio is separated from the cargo area with a nice built-in screen door. I have always kept it stored indoors. Rear ramp door is in excellent condition. Full powered awning with full length drop down curtain. Queen walk around bed with panoramic front window. This window was only offered on the "Ford" models and really opens up the feel of the camper. We added both privacy and full blackout auto rollup shades on all windows. It has a fold out sofa plus a powered drop-down Happi-Jac queen bed. I have added an electronic entry door lock and custom keyed locks on all the access doors. It has a new roof top antenna and is prewired for cable TV. The stereo system is already wired to the outdoor speakers. The open floor plan can accommodate up to six individuals, making it suitable for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is equipped with essential amenities such as a sink, stove, gas/electric refrigerator, and convection microwave. It has new vent fan with auto-thermostat and rain sensor. The full-size bathroom includes a separate toilet and full size extra tall shower. The large bathroom is my wife's favorite part of the RV and one of the main reasons we bought this model. I have only seen a few of these units. I believe they are the biggest toy haulers Livin' Lite built. I have never seen one with more options than this one. I was told this model was commissioned by Ford Motors to sit on the showroom at their dealerships attached to the redesigned all aluminum 2015 Ford F-150 trucks. This is probably why it's loaded with options. The "Ford" emblem is a decal if you want to remove it or cover it up. I installed 4 new Goodyear Endurance tires in 2022. They have only two trips on them. I had the brakes professionally checked/replaced as needed, the bearings packed and the frame and lights inspected. Built on a rugged aluminum frame, this model offers exceptional strength while maintaining a surprisingly low weight for its size. I tow it with a Ram 1500 Hemi V-8.
