New lower price as we head into winter! This is a great unit under 45k miles, my wife and I love the layout and size. We are the second owner and have kept up with the maintenance schedule. Exterior condition is in great condition and interior still looks good! Everything is in good working order. On board generator, 3 TV's, microwave, stove top, refrigerator/freezer are all good! It has a on-demand water heater and we have added a drinking water faucet which pulls from a refillable 5 gallon water bottle. Brand new front tires with alignment, new batteries and front seat covers! Our situation has changed a bit so we are looking to switch to a small travel trailer which is good news for you!
