We bought new in Oct 2017. This is our first camper, we have loved everything about it, but it is time to let it go. We are non-smokers without pets. It has just been the 2 of us, no kiddos running in and out :) This unit has many upgrades from the standard model. The reason for selling is that we don’t travel much anymore as we now live near a vacation paradise. We are particular and have taken very good care of this camper. We have the clean title in hand. We also have all the manuals and brochures for the unit.

Topper on slide-out replaced in March 2020.

Powered leveling scissor jacks front and rear. 100wt solar panels. Holding tank heat pads. Two 20 gal propane tanks. Battery box kit with two 12 volt batteries. Has 2” receiver hitch on rear bumper.

GVWR is 10,000 lbs.

Fresh water tank 57 gal. Gray tank 47 gal. Black tank 35 gal. Hot water tank 12 gal.

AC system is 15K low pro with ducting. Electric fireplace. Fridge is 10 cu ft.

Has 3 Fan-Tastic vents in kitchen, bedroom and toilet room (toilet vent is exhaust only). Two sky lights: in kitchen and in shower.

Thermal pane windows, outside utility shower, San-T-Flush system for cleaning tanks.

We replaced the swivel recliners with a Lazy Boy brand dual reclining love seat which is great for sleeping also. We replaced TV with a ROKU 42”.

EXTRAS included are **DISH Tailgater with all cords/wiring.

**Surge protector is EMS-PT30X. ** Aussie table top gas grill. (Unit has quick connect for grill)

Unit has camera system that has just started to be iffy. It is a Voyager Digital Wireless Auto pairing Camera System that has been great until last week.

The outside speakers are also iffy.

Everything works as it should EXCEPT for the outside speakers and the camera system.

We have had zero leaks.

This is a true “Four Seasons” camper. Northwood Manufacturing makes quality, sturdy units and we have been happy about with everything this travel trailer.
