Overall, this RV has been gently used, is clean, and has only minor exterior dents. There are fewer than 5,000 miles on tires. The RV has self-leveling jacks. The 400 HP Cummins Diesel engine makes this an excellent tow vehicle. There is abundant storage in kitchen/living area, hall, and bedroom, and the RV comfortably sleeps 5.

Drivers' area has left, right and rear TV cameras, engine monitor system, and fully adjustable seat. Passenger's area seat is fully adjustable and also reclines. The is a slide-out desk in passenger area.

The living/sleeping area has a washer and dryer (used only twice because we dry-camped usually), central vacuum system, and front and rear AC units. The living area has a TV, custom stereo, and surround sound . The bedroom has a TV, stereo, and DVD player. Additionally, there is a multispeed ceiling fan in bedroom. The kitchen boasts a convection oven, gas stove, and 4-doored, side by side, refrigerator-freezer. A recessed 2.5' section of the counter can be pulled out to provide more counterspace as needed. There is seating for 4, and the dining table can be extended or retracted by a few inches. The bathroom features a sink and toilet. The shower and a second sink are off the hall, and next to the bedroom. Privacy is enhanced by 2 sliding doors that can enclose the shower area. On the outside of the RV, there is an entertainment center with TV and stereo. There is lots of storage in the "basement", with a heavy duty slide (capacity 1,000 lbs), and power-operated reels for water and electricity.
