One of the few floorplans out there with an upstairs sleeping area. It's so neat and everyone that sees it, loves it. Better than many of the new products rolling off the line today - it has been completely redone with modern amenities (sofas, inverter, fridge, mattresses), . The coach has been very well maintained and everything works. It was recently in the Newmar factory service center in February for some minor maintenance and is in tip top shape. TONS of interior cabinet and storage space. We have used it year round and the coach is very well insulated. It does great in all seasons.
