This 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397TH was purchased new 3/2021. Original non-smoking owner, immaculately maintained. We've taken 3 trips in each of first 3 years. Features we loved: rear covered/gated patio, toy hauler used as office (we never hauled toys), 2 baths, sleeps 7, central vac.

Reason for sale: The 3 of us (husband, wife, teenage daughter) used this for remote work & school during covid. We no longer need this size RV, so we're downsizing.

* Internet: Factory option installed is a Winegard Air 360+ (upgrade from Air 360), we attached a Pepwave MAX BR1 mini LTE-US-T (HW1) device which provided dual-provider cell Wifi access and campground Wifi with automatic failover (see mobilemusthave.com). pepwave_max_br1_mini_lte_datasheet (peplink.com) We also used a Nighthawk M1 to guarantee all 3 of us had high-speed internet & video even in poor/remote conditions.

* Negotiable: turn-key experience with sewer hose, power hookups, white water hose and black water hose, zero gravity chairs, memory foam for beds and complete set of incidentals, all you bring is clothes, food, and beverage to stock the refrigerator. We'll provide the rest including dishwashing rack, table service for four, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, smoothie maker, linens, towels, & countless other items.

This unit has always been in covered storage, washed/waxed annually including rooftop wash, annual generator service, roof service (caulk), axles, battery.
