Used 2002 Sunnybrook SUPER LIGHT ALUMINUM FRAME, 25ft 5th wheel. One 12x3 slide out with awning, 14ft awning over door. 6300# empty weight, pulls like a dream with my Chevy Silverado 1500. Everything works, WINTERS SPENT INSIDE. Tires: Goodyear Marathon ST225/72R15 with good tread remaining. Power front jacks. 6 gallon water heater. Holding tanks: fresh 50gal, black 41gal, gray 60gal. 13,500 BTU air conditioner. 30 and 20 amp service. Heat and air ducted throughout. RV queen bed (60x24) with new memory foam mattress. Jackknife sofa. RV sleeps 4. Stove with 3 burners, oven, 1000 watt Dometic microwave. 6 cu ft refrigerator/freezer.

This RV has been lovingly cared for and has lots of miles left. Priced VERY AFFORDABLY! A few caveats: there is some sun fading to a few spots on the carpet. Shower stall has a small repair to the wall and one of the kitchen sinks has a chip to the enamel, which is patched. These were present when I purchased 10 years ago and have caused no problems. Photos attached. I removed two dining room chairs to allow room for a dog crate, but have the chairs and will put them back at the time of sale.
