Underneath is in great shape no rust. tires like new.

Does have one dent in the front corner. Doesn't affect trailer at all. no other dents or scratches on trailer.

Comes with spare tire&rim w/ mount, can put back on or leave it in storage compartment.

Prices vary on marketplace and RV Trader from $24,000-$27,000. Asking $17,999 due to the small dent.
