As close to new as you can get but at a used price. I purchased this from Camping World of Michigan in Sept 22. The dealer just listed it as the previous buyer purchased it and decided to trade up so it was like new, and still is. (the plastic was still on the recliners when it arrived). I had it hauled to Jacksonville, FL (about 2500 miles) and parked it at my son's house. It has never moved. My wife and I stay in it when we visit, so it has been used as my "condo" about 6 times. Everything is like new. Upgraded memory foam queen mattress. I did remove the fold out sofa in the bunkhouse and replaced it with a desk for me towork from home, The bunk house still sleeps 2 comfortably. The outdoor kitchen has never been used. Tires are like new and everything is road ready. Brand New Radial tires.

If you are going to colder climates it does have the Artic Package. The RV will be available for showings in Maryland.
