She is 33’ with a private front bedroom and bunkhouse in the back. She has a bathroom with a tub, which isn’t too common in a travel trailer. And there is even an outdoor kitchen and full pass through. 
I had a Tv added, and mounted above the fireplace for those rainy days or to relax at the end of a fun filled day.  
Anti sway bar setup is included. Back up camera was installed. 

All of the following is included:
sewer and water hoses, wheel chocks, more leveling blocks than you could ever need, kitchen items including - pots and pans, melamine plates, cups/mugs and silverware. As well as a few small appliances - toaster, coffee maker etc.
Plus any cinder blocks you want.
