This is a two-owner coach. I purchased it from the original owner of 15 years in '23. Since our purchase, our family has been to Wisconsin, Branson MO, Florida and South Dakota and the coach handled and performed without incident. It's a great coach and I hate to sell it but we are going all in on the RV life so we want to upgrade to a newer / larger coach . I've performed the following services / upgrades: fully rebuilt dash AC system / new Turbo ($6,000) / all fluids flushed and refilled / fully serviced engine and generator. Additionally, we've made the following upgrades and changes: new Yoko Steer tires / Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer / new bathroom fan with electric vent riser / new heater fan assembly / new residential french door refrigerator / new 10 gal dual fuel hot water heater / new Olympic Queen memory foam mattress (total game changer- 6 inches wider than standard queen) / new 55" flat screen TV in LR / new house batteries / new water filter / new headlight assemblies / New serpentine belt
This is a 16 year old coach. While I've done my best to make sure it's tight it has some faults which are mostly cosmetic. It's wonderful from a few feet away but an up close inspection will reveal some rubs/ scratches / dings around the exterior of the coach. The back of the coach has a lot of little pockmarks in the paint (probably from the toad kicking up road debris whilst in-tow?). All of the furniture is original and while in great shape- shows some wear. There is one spot of de-lamination on the couch (1 inch by 4 inches covered by throw pillow) . There is a small spot of flaking clear coat above the Excursion logo on the front. The rear tires are date coded '15 but are in great shape and no signs of rot. The day / night shades are good but a couple of them could use re-stringing (haven't got around to it yet). The kitchen plumbing fixture works and doesn't not leak but needs to be replaced. Carpet is good but could use some scrubbing. This is a great coach and ready to roll!
