Purchased new in November 23, moved our stuff in, and not used at all. Our needs have changed and we need to go back to a motorhome. Stored inside since we bought it.

Very unique and sought after floor plan with a ton of room, that has been discontinued by Grand Design, not sure why since it was very popular. Front living area and rear bedroom over the garage. Garage is smaller and designed for a motorcycle or golf cart.

Ordered with all options except, generator and king bed. We only camp in parks and didnt need the generator and you gain a ton of storage space without it. I can include a remote electric start generator that we carry in the garage in case we needed to camp Walmart it. The king bed option leaves no walk around room in the master bedroom so we went with the queen. Other wise all options, 3 AC, dual awnings, outside kitchen, outside TV, solar panels, oven, residential fridge etc.

Located in northeast Alabama, can help with delivery in the US and interested in Class C motorhomes of the same value as a possibility.

This is brand new and all I have done to it is bring it home and park it in our garage and wax it.
