Great camper , we have to sell due to medical costs. No smoking ,no pets. We replaced the loveseat with 2 recliners. the primary queen mattress was replaced with a 14 inch memory foam queen. It has a Solera slide topper. We replaced the stairs to a 4 stair fold in type with an extra handle.Grandkids loved the bunkhouse it had 2 full  bunks. Nothing wrong with it and it is ready to go camping.
