This is a great rig for 2 people or small family and is more than capable of full-time living. Only selling because we don't use it anymore (need something a little smaller) and it's time for it to fill someone else's needs. It has been meticulously maintained and well cared for:
Wash/wax every 6 months

Roof cleaned and sealed every 6 months

Both A/C coils cleaned each year. interior filters changed regularly

Air ducts foil tape sealed

Axles checked and grease packed (Less than 20k miles on the rig)

All tires G-rated 14ply less than 2 years old with only 500 miles on them

Black and Grey tanks flushed and cared for as they should

Fresh tank sanitized regularly

New slide out covers in 2022 (repair from a straight-line wind)

New AGM deep cycle batteries in 2022 and installed battery monitor inside near the control panel

Shower door frame re-sealed with exterior polyurethane sealant
Sleeper sofa was removed and a desk put in for a work station. It is not secured to the floor so it can be easily moved or re-moved with not damage. A full-size mattress fits the floor space very well between the desk and kitchen island to sleep more than just the king bed.
Everything works as it should no known issues except the glue for the string lights on the roll-out canopies has melted some with the heat but everything still works and is intact. Has been under a sunbrella custom cover since we have moved into a house (2k dollar cover). Comes with the double-standard water softener seen in the photos, washer and dryer can stay for an additional $1000. Title in hand. This was our house and we maintained it as such, not just a weekend warrior used and abused with maintenance going by the wayside.
