The exterior has some beauty marks on each rear quarter panel (done by original owner), some nicks and dings and has some oxidation on the roof but seams are sealed and do not leak. Some blue paint peeling is caused by aging. Interior is in very good condition: original carpet was replaced and light engineered flooring installed in its place. The gaucho couch is original but we recovered with a more neutral fabric. There are twin beds in the bedroom and the dinette converts to a bed if needed. There is plenty of storage space in the cabinets and closets throughout.

The appliances include gas/electric refrigerator, microwave, 2 Maxfans, lights inside and out and utilities are all working and in good condition. All tires are brand new, we installed at anti-sway hitch, and front goggles.

This is a great rig to tow, we used our Ford Expedition. The weight empty is listed as 7100 lbs with an 800 lb tongue weight. The unit has never been smoked in. You would need to see it to appreciate it.
