Rarely used, always stored inside or under roof, regularly serviced, and upgraded 5th Wheel that is ready to camp! Service and inspected 6/10/24

I have upgraded the following:

This model has a upgraded residential side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker.

RV also came equipped with auto-leveling system, Furrion entertainment/sound system w/remote and and electric fireplace.

This RV is in great condition and well maintained with a few minor issues. The linoleum flooring has two small tears caused by the slide housing the refrigerator. Material is still intact but the tears are there. It isn't major so I haven't fixed it. There is a small 1.5 inch tear on one of the recliner arms. I will patch it but I have not replaced the recliner due to the recliner cost. Pictures of issues are included. RV recently hand cleaned by a truck wash. Inside of RV is clean but I will wipe down before a new owner.

Water & septic hoses, and various connections along with power cables, plus RV foot pads are included.

Same model is selling new $85-$95K. You're getting low mileage truck at used car value far below current year model. For this reason I'm not motivated to sell it, but will listen to offers
