Description
READY TO CAMP IMMEDIATELY, $Thousands$ in upgrades/accessories!!! Original owner, no-lien title in hand. Camper was used almost exclusively in Colorado and hasn’t been exposed to beach/salt spray.
This is a beautiful, well-kept, and fully functional 2020 Grand Design 268BH fifth-wheel RV. Grand Design is a premium RV manufacturer, and unlike just about EVERY other brand, this has been a hassle-free ownership, with ZERO trips to the dealer for ANY repairs.
This is a ready-to-go package with EVERYTHING (thousands of dollars in accessories/upgrades included)…you could literally hook it up and drive to your campsite. When you buy new (like we did), no one tells you about the thousands you will spend getting your camper set up with cookware, dishes, utensils, water hoses, pressure regulators, sewer connections, wheel chocks, voltage regulators, cooking devices etc…basically everything you NEED to have BEFORE you can leave the driveway!
For Sale as-is, where-is (Alexandria, VA) (RAM Truck is NOT INCLUDED). Original owners since new. Clear title in hand. Anderson hitch included (reduce sell price $500 IF you DO NOT want the Anderson). Camper is currently summerized, and ready to go camping. Winterizing/Summerizing is extremely easy and can be done in your driveway in a few minutes, and does NOT require a dealership visit.
A lot of the camper’s basic information can be found on the picture of the 2020 sales brochure (sorry for the microprint). The newer models are only slightly different (couple hundred pounds heavier with a higher GVWR, slightly larger (10 vs 8 cuft) fridge, and maybe a couple other inconsequential things). This fifth wheel is auto-leveling and will lift the camper right off the wheels on unleveled ground, as seen in the picture (parking lot was VERY uneven). Although it takes a little bit longer, I prefer to manually level (still electric, just independently using the jacks via pushbutton switch) in uneven terrain keeping the wheels touching as much as possible to reduce swaying/loads on the jacks.
Included Upgrades:
- Anderson Ultimate Hitch (Makes hauling with a short-box, easy…see pics. Loading, unloading.super simple with the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 auto-leveling, memory system)
- Easily removable for standard king pin connection
- Lippert Center Point Air Ride Suspension (AMAZING ride improvement)
- Requires a bicycle air pump to manually service (not included). About 25 “pumps” to fill to 40psi. OR, any automotive air pump would work too.
