Yes, there's a 100 gallon fresh water tank on this guy and a 25 gallon gas tank that has only had 100% gas with Lucas stabilizer in it.

Everything works. We upgraded the dinette to a table and chairs to reduce weight.

This unit is top of it's class for how much additional weight you can haul especially on two axles.

Everything that broke was upgraded, not just replaced. We also did some upgrades just to make it better.

Prewired and plumbed for a generator but there isn't one installed.
