-Sealy Memory Foam Mattress! Camper mattresses suck. My wife has commercial sewing equipment so she opened it up, shortened it to camper length, and rebuilt the cover.

-All of the leveling blocks, chocks, etc you will ever need.

-50' drinking water hose.

-Adjustable water pressure regulator

-Heavy duty drawer rails (the ones that came with it are cheap and flimsy)

-Roof caulking recently re-sealed (normal maintenance. The factory caulking will always crack over time)

-Roof membrane was starting to look a little worn at the edges so we primed and re-sealed with Dicor products (cost $100 for materials. Lots of extra that will come with the camper)

-All camco rhino sewer lines, fittings, etc, you will ever need.

-Yakima bike rack

-Recent polish and wax. This is more work than you think. Shiny and protected from the elements for another 6months-1yr

The only 'big' flaw is the tear at the edge of the awning. It was there when we bought it from the original owners. I applied gorilla tape in an alternating pattern and it's been fine for 4 years.
