Casita campers hold their value and last a long time. This one is very clean and ready to go. Everything works. I got married and we got a larger camper so we could travel several months of the year. So need to let someone else enjoy this one.

Recommendations:

> A perfect first camper for one or two people. You don’t need a big tow vehicle and if you change your mind, you can probably get most of your money back when you sell it.

> It’s perfect for one person who wants to go far and stay long.

> It’s perfect for two on shorter trips.

> If you have children, get something bigger.

The good:

> no smoking, no pets, no children (it’s real clean)

> fiberglass body including the bottom. [no rot, no leaks]

> torsion bar suspension. [the best]

> 25 gal fresh water tank. [the largest option]

> enclosed fresh water tank. [slow to freeze]

> residential microwave

> no tears or holes in the cushions

> AC is also a heat pump

> awning is in good shape and works perfectly

> power vents in bath and living area

> has installed LevelMate Pro

> full bath

> full size bed

> same width as a full size suv [no big mirrors needed]

> only 2500 lbs - [pulls easy with SUV or regular truck without weight distribution springs]

> tires bought new in 2021

> new fitted cover for storing it outside.

The Bad:

> I think Casita’s are designed for normal size people. If you are over 6’ tall or extra wide, you would have problems moving around in this camper.

> they market these for two adults and one child. That works only if you are willing to convert the full size bed into a table every single day. Most people do just what I did; keep the full size bed as a bed all the time.

Issues:

> refrigerator works great on propane only.

> the full size bed was always used as a bed so parts to make it a table were lost before I got it. The parts (2 table base and one table pedestal for under $50) can be ordered from Casita but the side table is perfect for one or two people]
