Interior is clean and all features and accessories are in working order.

The roof is solid. No soft spots no leaks, I recently resealed the edging just to reinforce it.

Both AC units blow very cold and the fireplace furnace heater will keep you toasty in the wintertime.

Everything works, the only damage is some exterior fading on the front and the recliner couch leather is pealing but has covers on it. The table chairs were made cheap of course, and probably need to be retired.

Tires were replaced in the last 3 years I believe and have virtually full tread.

It has a ball hitch attachment on currently but can be easily swapped out with a fifth wheel.

Easy tow with a dry weight of just under 9,000 lbs!
