The state of Ohio requires that titles remain with the state/lending institution until the loan is paid in full. This means that we do not have the title in hand and will not at time of purchase. But we will do all we can to insure a smooth transaction. Your lending institution will be able to help with your next steps.

We are willing to schedule an exterior professional cleaning of the RV after sale is finalized and before your pickup if you are interested.
