This unit has had just one owner and gone on a dozen weekend trips, never been lived in full time. Always cleaned and kept under covered storage. No damage and everything works. Comes with slide topper for easy maintenance, outside kitchen with black stone griddle added. Comes with all hoses, leveling blocks and waste receptacles to haul to dump site without moving your rig. We have loved this unit but kids have grown and we are moving on to building our retirement home.
