This bus has been a dream bus. My wife and I have traveled to many beautiful destinations across the country. Unfortunately it is time for us to stay closer to home for at least a few years. We purchased it new in April 2021 from Great American RV. This is absolutely hands down the best and easiest driving coach we have ever driven. We assumed that a tag axle, heavier coach, would drive well but with the extra safety features its night and day difference from my other 40' Tiffin RV's. The ease and smoothness of handling, driving, and riding makes this an enjoyable coach to drive.

The majority of the service work has been at our local dealership near La Crosse WI with routine care like oil changes, filters, etc. We have documentation for all service work. This coach has been stored inside when not in use.

Add-ons include the Safe-T-Plus and Rettrobands (https://www.rettroband.com/) on both front tires, 6 solar panels/6 lithium batteries, and an in motion Starlink system w/Pepwave Max router (holds up to 2 cell cards) which works absolutely amazing. My wife works remotely for our business' and trust me, I had to keep searching for options to ensure as few of outages while traveling to keep her working and in touch with our business' while we traveled.

Also included is a one year old Blue Ox tow bar and brake buddy. We tow either a 2013 F150 or my wife's 2018 Jeep Wrangler - both tow flawlessly and you don't even know they're there.

The coach has a total of 4 TVs, one up front, one across from the theater seating (televator), one in the bedroom (televator), and one outside. Gerard awnings are in perfect condition, Stackable Separate Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Beddy's RV bedding, Truma basement powered Icechest, Two Power Storage Slideouts, AquaHot 450D, Mobile Eye, 100 gallons Fresh Water, 100 gallons Grey, 50 gallon Black tanks, convection microwave with induction stove and included pots and pans.

We also added the VegaTouch Mira for simple controlling of shades, temperature, door/bay locks, and so much more from the comfort and ease of our phones.

There are a few minor warranty items we will take care of before purchase, but rest assured this coach is ready "as is" to head carefree down the road.
