Canvas has one tear near the dinette slide, and one very small tear near the right side of the door.

The door didn't seal properly at some point over a winter, and some minimal water damage happened at the front of the door on the floor. Everything is still completely functional and has not affected the use of the camper. See photos.

We are 2nd owners, have only had it for 2 years. Purchased it for more volunteer traveling and haven't used it like we thought.
