Description
Under Contract as of 6/14/24
Brand new roof! This is a 2017 Imagine that my family has owned since 2019. We are the second owners. It has been lightly used since we've owned it. The queen bed has a new foam topper. There are no modifications from the factory. All appliances work as expected. The fridge and water heater work on both gas and electric. Two TV's are included in the main living area and the bedroom. The outdoor kitchen has a mini-fridge and three burner stovetop that's barely been used. The circuit board was replaced on the propane furnace in Fall 2023. The entire roof was replaced in April 2024 by a Grand Design Dealer and looks better than the original. It has all new hatches, vents, and skylights as well. It is a $8k roof replacement that comes with a 1 year workmanship/installation warranty and 3 yr material warranty by Great American RV. There were no leaks prior to roof replacement and the camper is dry with no soft spots on the floors or hidden damages. The weight distribution hitch and surge protector are included in the sale.
This RV is priced $5k-$8k below retail for cosmetic purposes. There is a mismatched rim and tire under the slideout due to a recent flat. The original rims are no longer available. There was no damage to the camper other than the tire and rim and it has been replaced with a new similar match. The original Thomasville heated recliners are covered due to peeling pleather as common in all models from this timespan. We were considering pulling out the recliners and dinnette to install a long sofa in the slideout if we were going to keep it. We decided to let you make the call. There's nothing wrong with the covered recliners if you want to keep them other than peeling fabric. On the exterior, there is a small area of delamination on the passenger side under the fridge vent. It has been mitigated and repaired with exception of the bubble in the outer skin.
This camper has a lot of life left in it and we're selling because we have 3 teenagers in sports and no time to enjoy it. If you know anything about RV's, you know that roofs are the weakest points when buying used. You don't have to worry with this one as this new roof should get you another 10 yrs down the road easily and is the biggest selling point of this camper.
