We have loved it so much and are only parting with it now because we bought a vacation home. It has 3 power slides, 2 power awnings and front/back power stabilizing jacks. Length is 35' 2", weight is 7,669 lbs. We have towed it with a 1/2 ton pickup, electric brakes are a must. The unit sleeps 4 - the bedroom has queen bed, rear sofa converts to a bed. It has been thoroughly maintained/winterized each year and stored inside in winter (not heated). The only damage is to one of the wheel fenders (see pics). Everything else is in great working order and the propane tanks are full. Other features include: 43" Insignia 1080hp LED TV, DVD player, sound bar, bluetooth enabled radio with interior and exterior speakers, electric fireplace with remote, furnace and A/C, walkthrough bath, frameless windows, spare tire, reclining theater seating with heat and massage, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and 2-burner propane swing out cook-top, outdoor shower, and outdoor grill attachment. It is solar enabled but we have not used that feature and no panels are included. The exterior includes a mount for a TV as well as an electric outlet and coax jack. It has tons of storage including under the bed and behind the TV in the living space as well as exterior storage. We are throwing in our accumulated accessories and supplies including surge protector, 120/30/50 adapter, wheel chocks, water filters/hose/regulator, RV sewer hose and support, Husky ball hitch, receiver, and sway bars, and counter-top ice maker.
