Camper is in Fair to Good Shape. Has been garaged 100% of the time when not in use. Very small dents and dings. Frame is good shape.  New Tires.  Electric Brakes. Overall the camper is in good condition for 17 years old.

I removed the gas heater for safety reasons (never trusted them). I use a 1500W electric heater to heat on cold days providing you have hookups.

I also removed the gas stove since we never cooked, ate or stored food in the camper (we don’t like having fury creature’s paying us a visit in the middle of the night). We now use that space now for counter space.

The water storage tank was also removed for sanitary reasons, but giving more storage space.


 I am selling since I am recently widowed.
