Description

This RV had been completely upgraded and modernized! We bought it used and needing some TLC and put many hours and $$ into this to get it ready for many years of travel! The sofa and dining seats have been re-upholstered. The interior walls and cabinets have been repainted. Here's a list of items that have been replaced brand new.
Dining Table
Countertop
Kitchen Sink
Microwave
Freezer/Fridge
Water Heater
Toilet
Flooring
Engine Batteries
The engine is a naturally aspirated Powerstroke diesel which will keep up with traffic and be more fuel efficient than a gasoline engine. I put 6 new tires on this unit less than 2 years ago, and we only put about 10,000 miles on them since. When we bought the RV, there was some leaking around the windows. We pulled the windows out and resealed them to stop the leaking permanently. The generator was just serviced in 2024. Now for the bad stuff. Recently, we had it out in the rain, and there was some slight leaking in the Grandma's attic, and I did some more caulking on the roof. I did my best, but I can't guarantee there will be no leaks. Also, the ladder on the back is somewhat flimsy as well from the previous water damage to the interior of the back wall. I can go up and down but sometimes I use a ladder propped up against the side if I have things to haul up to the roof. The awning will pop out of the lip that holds it against the camper if you don't have two people carefully pulling it out together. You can't pull too much on one side or you'll have trouble. Summary: This thing looks as good as a brand new unit on the inside and is about as modern as a camper this age can get! But keep in mind it still is an older RV. It will always require a little more attention and a bit more on repairs and maintenance, but for a fraction of the price of a brand new unit, that is something you can deal with if you want to save a bunch of money. I did my best to permanently fix any issue that came up so I wouldn't have to worry about it for years to come. We bought it to use for ourselves and rent to friends and family but then we moved out of state, so it doesn't make sense for us to keep anymore.
