To clarify, the VIN pulls as 2018 but this is definitely a 2019, date on sale paperwork, title, registration.

It was driven to MA from VA by the dealer in 2019; was lived in for a short time, during which we drove it to a nearby campground just to empty the tanks. It is parked with its hydraulic stabilizers here on a cement slab in our yard, where it has functioned as my office and a makeshift homeschool during COVID.

-It has not had any maintenance as we have not really driven it. If you'd like any inspection, we'll make sure that gets done to your satisfaction. Seller will furnish a new battery at this time. It DOES start and run just fine, but original battery needs replacement.

-Very minor interior wear.

-Exterior professionally power washed recently. These photos were taken when listed.

-One known outstanding recall on oven gas line (which we never used).

-The shower has never been used.
