Want to be upfront about some current issues. Water valve handles have come off, pliers easily change the valves for winterization. Propane setting on fridge throws a code but works. Basement door on left has water damage inside but can be easily replaced. One recliner has been shedding leather but we have put a cover on it. One slide awning has ripped (other 2 slide out awnings were replaced last season).
