This camper has undergone a custom remodel. Very nice to look at and relax in. One full bed with an upper bunk, kitchen seating converts to a bed and there is a sleeper-couch also. Appliances include a big fridge, big oven and stove, a microwave, TV and stereo with DVD player. The bath sink is in its own space for better access. AC and heater and all appliances are in good condition. There is a big awning, only two years old - we added SolidSteps for better entry and added a power tongue-jack also. There is a camera system for extra safety but the side vision is excellent without it.

The 2011 chassis is heavier (4330 lbs dry) than newer models but the weight is well-balanced and the dual-axle provides extra security while on the road. Side winds are well handled. We use a 2012 VW Touareg TDI to tow and they are paired up nicely. I could be convinced to sell the TDI also, if you need a tow vehicle. The SUV and trailer average @ 12 miles per gallon with as much as 14 mpg on level roads.

The tires are 3+ years old with great tread and no rot and the undercarriage is clean and in excellent shape. We replaced the rear power stabilizer but the front one still works properly. Storage is plentiful, both inside and out with plenty of room for kitchen gear and multiple closets and drawers for all other needs. All of the electrical system, pumps and etc are in good working condition.

The interior has been updated with paint, tile backsplash in the kitchen and shiplap on some walls. There are curtains in the two sleep areas for privacy or additional light block. The dining seat upholstery is newly recovered. Super cute. Interior decor (pillows, art, blankets, etc.) are not included in the sale.

All-in-all, a great camper for a couple, small family, or a family with small ones. You can drive from our driveway and straight to a campground without worry.
