Purchased new from NIRVC in Phoenix. Fully maintained and stored indoors, and all maintenance performed and up to date by NIRVC.  All systems are fully functioning.  There is no to do list.  Note that RV warranties are generally not transferrable and remain in effect for the original owner only.

This rig is the perfect size which will meet the National Park size limitations. The Murphy bed is out of the way until needed, and has a plush new mattress. I laughed when I learned that it had a fireplace, but that's really handy to easily take the chill off and avoid use of the furnace.
