Beautiful well maintained MH inside and out. We have not had any issues since purchase, we have had to take it to the dealer once for a couple minor warranty issues. There are no leaks or soft spots, the roof is in great shape. Recently replaced all batteries and tires (Fall 2023). Comes with a cover to protect the full body paint.
The couch was replaced with a La-Z-boy reclining couch and a recliner due to delamination. The front seat were also reupholstered for the same issue. We still have the original chair and dining table/chairs in case the new owner would like to have them.
Full disclosure we do have a dog that has traveled in the RV but she doesn't usually travel with us.
We have enjoyed traveling in this unit, it is very comfortable. We have taken it as far as Oklahoma to see our grandchild's sporting events. We like to travel the East Coast mostly.
