This super clean and well-maintained travel trailer includes all the features that make Grand Design special. This trailer has been a very comfortable and fun experience in all seasons, and for weekend outings as well as extended monthly stays. In the main living area, there are two recliner chairs with heat, accent light, and massage controls and a tri-fold sleeper sofa, all facing the 40” TCL Roku TV, DVD player, and stereo with surround sound and outdoor speakers, and the electric fireplace with adjustable thermostat and brightness controls. The living area is open to the kitchen and dining areas, which include a kitchen island with a large sink and a free-standing dining table with two chairs and storage bench. The refrigerator freezer has been upgraded to a 10 cu ft residential unit which provides much more storage space than an RV unit. In the bedroom, there is a standard-size queen bed and a sliding door that can be closed for privacy. There is also a clothes washer/dryer connection in the bedroom closet. The bathroom features a 30x36 inch shower with a skylight. Outside, you will find the outdoor kitchen with a two-burner stove and mini-fridge, and a connection for an outdoor shower hose. There is so much storage in this unit, including unobstructed pass-thru storage in the “basement”. This trailer includes the Arctic Package, rear and side cameras with in-cab monitor, electric leveler jacks, two 12V batteries, two 30gal propane tanks, tire pressure monitor and brake control, one installed 190 W solar panel kit, and upgraded roof sealant added in September 2023. Other accessories are negotiable.
