Great couples camper with theater seats in the living area where a child could sleep. Sliding barn type doors separate the bedroom from the living area on one side and the bathroom on the other. Really love the theater seats (which are in excellent condition) instead of the U-shaped buffet table - definitely gives more comfortable seating and extra room in the living area. Comes with a folding table that easily stores under the bed when not in use. The table can also be used outside under the 18’ awning. The 3-burner gas stove, microwave, vent hood fan and light, HD smart tv, and 10 cu.ft. refrigerator with separate top freezer are all in excellent condition.

For a smaller type camper, the bathroom is surprisingly roomy and a 5’11’’ man can stand up straight and turn around in the shower. Plenty of cabinet and countertop space in both the bathroom and the kitchen / living space. Full queen size bed and lots of storage space in the bedroom.

Roof, body, paint and decals are all in excellent condition. The camper was stored in a fully enclosed space when not in use. Added Maxxair vent covers on all vents. Central air and heat in perfect working order. Goodyear tires with 7,000 miles in excellent condition. Power hitch, 2 propane tanks, battery, rear camera and display for tow vehicle, tinted windows, USB outlets by the bed, reading lights plus many other features consistent with Grand Design. I have pulled this camper with a 2019 Ram 1500 with no issues. Clear title in hand. We are selling this camper due to illness that will no longer allow us to use it with any consistency.
