Replaced storage locks with cam locks. Replaced L-Shaped sofa (due to peeling) with Futon sofa sleeper added shelf behind sofa. The only issue is decals on curb side of rig not in good shape. Unit stored in covered RV carport. No water leaks or mold(used damp rid to control moisture). Accessories include 30Amp AC Cord, 30Amp extension cord, Trekker Easlift sway control hitch, Bottle Jack and rear chassis mount hitch not installed, 3 Fire Extinguishers.
