UPDATE: We just experienced a jam in the slide out so we reduced asking price by $5,000. to give generous financial cushion for a professional repair. Very good condition otherwise and everything else works. The "entire wall" slides out on drivers side. 30 amp service with internal 4,000 watt internal generator equal to 30 amps and draws fuel from main 55 gal gas fuel tank and has 10 gal propane tank with upgraded/inserted quick connect/disconnect ports to use portable 25 lb propane tanks or connect to barbeque if desired. Automatic electric leveling jacks Big Foot system. Replaced original entertainment system above driving cab with full queen size bed and installed center ceiling electrical outlet with both AC and USB ports. Upgraded Dometic AC to a new Furrion AC unit that is quieter and has different color accent lighting. Installed easy swing arm for TV inside for cab bed and living area/dining table. Installed indirect various color LED color lighting with remote. Brand new external GFCI outlet. Upgraded under the kitchen sink piping to use normal household water pipe fittings to insert your own under the sink filter system - we used the 3 stage Clearly Filtered system. Annual winterization completed by Leo's Vacation/RV Sales & Service, Gambrills, MD. Has 40 gal fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray water tank, 30 gallon black tank. Basic corregated sewer dump pipe included inside back bumper. All external and internal lighting changed to all LED light bulbs. Registration and emissions inspection up to date. Problems: toilet likely needs replaced and main side entrance door has a ding on it and covered with same color (white) rubber waterproof patch. All windows, receptacles, water pump, water heater, etc, all work. Refrigerator/freezer works on both propane and electric with automatic switch over if electric gets cut off. Water heater works on both electric and propane as well. Tires like new with tire covers included.
