Not your average pop up, built by Somerset/Aliner. Metal side panels, not plastic, metal structural components, no wood, solid one piece aluminum roof. Great Off Grid Camper for large family. 2 King beds, one double (dinette) and single (couch). We have owned and used it every year since 2018. I have made modifications and done upgrades, 100AH Lithium Battery, upgraded lithium charger, Victron Battery monitor connects to phone, custom built pullout kitchen setup, custom built box on the deck with slide and 12v power, held, Dometic CFX 95DZ (not included), another storage box on the deck, these can both be removed with just a few bolts. Original rails/ramps included in sale if you wish to remove boxes and put it back to original condition. Stock fridge removed but also included, I used that area for storage. Same for Shower/Toilet Combo, if you want it I have it and can reinstall. Picture that shows toilet and fridge is for reference only. Everything works, heat, water, electric system, fantastic fan, electric roof lift and power tongue jack. Some nicks and dings on the interior but overall in great condition. Weight is about 2800 with propane and battery, carries an additional 1500 of cargo. Holds 35 gallons of water. Fold out 80w solar panel included. With solar and 100AH lithium you can go 4-5 days without power hookup. Awning bag will need replacing/restitched in the next year or so.Set up and easy to see. Video tour possible as well.
