It's as good as new! Title in hand and another year on warranty. Camper was well maintained on site in RI (now at home in CT). Brand new (comfy!) queen mattress, futon sofa for added sleep space; moved dinette seating to bunk house or can restore to original setup. Replaced door window with a shade to allow both light and privacy. Installed digital lock. TV, DVD and radio with outdoor speakers. Great addition with fireplace on those chilly mornings/nights. Plenty of outdoor kitchen space with fridge, sink and storage. Has ample interior storage, even washer/dryer hookup (not used). Well loved, great for a family, and our pups loved it too!
