Well cared for, no leaks, everything in working order! Does well in extreme heat and extreme cold. Lightweight, easy to tow but with lots of space for a family/couple. Could sleep 6 with the addition of a fold-out couch, or bunkroom could be converted to an office for a couple. Lots of storage and thoughtful upgrades including dining room chairs, Vortex II bathroom fan, light-blocking roll up window shades for privacy. Exterior upgrades include new tires, strong-arm stabilizers, magnet catches for cargo doors, magnetic sewer hose/bumper cap, clear sewer gate valve, and more. The perfect rv for full-timing or very comfortable seasonal camping. We love this trailer but no longer have use for it. Asking $18K OBO.
