40 foot Coach. 400 Cummins Diesel 8.9 ISL Pre DEF Engine, 6 speed allison transmission, side radiator, 115 gallon fuel tank, 107 gallon fresh water capacity, 178 gallon gray and black water capacity. Onan 7500 generator. All fluids and filters changed in 2023, new dash A/C compressor in 2023, all new house batteries in 2022, new slide toppers in 2021, 6 new tires in 2021, set up with a blue ox tow bar.
Known Issues.
• Exhaust manifold leak • Possibly drag link bushings, and tie rod ends need replacing ◦ Dealer not familiar with Western Alpine drag links. Questionable diagnosis. • Delamination Issue on panel between driver’s side slides ◦ Delamination appears to be primarily from heat and mostly cosmetic. It is repairable. I don’t have the skills and hard to find somebody local. • Repair or replace foggy windows. Replace and/or reseal front windshield • Drivers side rear leveler needs replacing • Fuel Guage Jumps • Some light fiberglass work on left rear upper blinker in spoiler • All interior sliding doors need clips and/or adjustment. Do not slide well • Closet doors mirrors cracked and need replacing • Washer/Dryer dry cycle inop, actuator for door does not release properly. • Repair front door screen and install screen guard • Dome lights over dash inop Bedroom overhead light inop • Kitchen fluorescent light needs replacing Adjust headlights/driving lights
