PleasureWays are NOT like cheaper RV's. This wide-body unit is built on a heavy-duty Mercedes diesel cab/chassis, upon which, in their Canadian plant, Pleasure-Way adds: a steel frame and fiberglass panels with full automotive paint; custom solid-wood cabinets & drawers; corian countertops; china toilet, stainless sinks; easy-clean ultraleather seats & wall surfaces; along with a full complement of top appliances. The only thing Pleasure-Way DOESN'T add is any SLIDE-OUT --- because those are the most UNRELIABLE RV feature.

Our 2017 XLMB is fully working, and STILL RATTLE-FREE on the road. And there are many blog posts from happy owners of 25 year old Pleasure-Ways! If you can find ANY PleasureWay to test drive, do it!

NOT MANY XL's MADE: The 3 Pleasure-Way wide-body models: XLTS/XLTD(2015-S2020), and the XLMB(2016-2020) were made until 2020 supply chain issues impacted the supply of the underlying MB chassis. Pleasure-Way kept all their workers happily making/selling their 'narrower' models on different bases and has just started building new 2024 XLTS's - at an MSRP of $217,750 USD! Finding used XL models for sale are few and far between and great values!

2017 XLMB MODEL OVERVIEW:
The XLMB("Extra Large Murphy Bed") main interior has 80" headroom and the most usable space of all Pway models. Its lowered queen bed has walk-around space even without a slideout. Its rear bathroom is TRUELY SPACIOUS. First sight of this bathroom sold my spouse on the layout. The stable & quiet test-drive justified the price!
