We love our camper, we are only selling to get a smaller trailer. Our camper is lightly used, never smoked in, no pets, no water damage at all and no signs of delamination - and well cared for. Everything works and we're prepared to demonstrate this to the next owner. We have owned our Arctic Fox 32-5 fifth wheel for a couple of years and used it lightly - just one trip for a month and a few weekend trips.
