We have reached the age where we have to face the fact, its time for us to give up our beautiful Jayco 2016 Precept 31UL. We have had 5 RVs in our life time all wonderful and enjoyable. The Jayco, we downsized to a smaller coach as thought it would be easier for us to manage. But age says it won't. Its our reflexes. The Jayco has some really great features and we really enjoy it. The front window is single and offers great views, you can take in everything all around. The Precept has the greatest storage, underneath, inside, even behind the TV in bedroom, large wardrobes, great mirrors to check how you look. Overhead cabinets above the bed, behind the bed in bedroom and behindTV, plenty of draws and cabinets to store all through it. I was amazed. TheTV in the living area never ceased to surprise me. Push a button and up it comes, works perfect. Great color and picture. The rear window allows you to see whats happening out side and lets in lots of light. It has a wonderul/gas electric combo refrigerator, has automatic ice maker. Also knows when you have electric or gas on,so switches automatically to either. Refrigerator Great size to store food and I always have plenty in case we have company. You have unlimited hot water, a great feature. I enjoy cooking, so the little kitchen is amazing. The extended counter top makes it so easy to have everything at your finger tips. The gas range works great, has 2 large draws under to for cooking utensils. The outside TV is wonderful to watch at night, especially if you have grand children as they will be thrilled to watch outside, providing no bugs of course. The Precept also has a huge awning, not like other coaches, it is so great. The lean back seats to ride in on the road are so comfortable. And another great feature, is it's a gas engine, not diesel, much less expensive and always available at gas stations, yhou don't have to find a diesel station. As you can see, I can't say enough good about our Precept, but AGE is telling us at 84 and 85 get real, you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them.
