This was very gently used. I bought it at the end of August in 2022 and used it twice. We are selling it because we bought a horse, and have decided that we really need a horse trailer. So.

This unit is pretty much brand new except I have added all of the things that you absolutely would want added. For example:

- Storage is limited. So I added two XL diamond cut, steel storage boxes made specifically for the NuCamps. In one I have my sewer related items and in the other, I have my fresh water attachments/hoses. I have also added a locking hasp on the center bin so you can lock away your cables and such.

-I also added more storage onto the roof rack bars on the back with a storage cage. I am including a storage bag that can be ratcheted to the cage.

-I am also including the Pahaque Canopy with the sale. It can be mounted/dismounted in 5 minutes. Super simple. Very helpful if it's raining to keep the door clear and your shoes dry. I store it under the seats.

-When I researched this RV, I noticed that the main issue people really complained about was with the emptying process of the black water cassette for the toilet. So that's why I purchased the "Americanizer". It is simply an attachment that threads onto the end of the cassette that allows you to hook up your sewer hose to dump. No mess. No smell (well. at least no raw open-air sewage smell). You can clean out the cassette by using the Amercanizer with an regular RV hose, and then tip it into the RV style drain. Super easy now.

-I have added a MaxxAir vent cover to the stock Fantastic van. This vent cover allows you to have the vent open and not get rained on.

-The exterior has had a protective treatment applied every year.

The Tab 320S is perfect for couples or singles. I can see why the teardrops are such a popular RV for adventures. Attach your bikes to the roof rack, kayaks on your vehicle and set off on your adventure! Full kitchen, bathroom, eating and sleeping. Air conditioning, microwave, entertainment and solar power. The Tabs have Amish built cabinetry, and an Alde heating system. This is a very well built unit that you can take almost anywhere. High clearance and rugged tires. This unit has a dry weight of 1969 lbs and easily towed so you can go just about anywhere. All of this an it takes up almost no space when parked. Come and get it while it lasts!
